Education: Completion of university


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination, Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities


Experience: 5 years or more


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Hospital


Area of Practice: Rheumatology, Amputees, Sports therapy, Orthopedics


Specific Skills: Plan physiotherapy programs, Maintain clinical and progress reports, Confer with other health professionals


Additional Skills: Supervise technical and support staff, Hire and train staff, Administer budget


Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Eligible for professional liability insurance


Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
