Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of university


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Examination, Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities


Experience: 5 years or more


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Hospital


Area of Practice: Neurology and neuro-surgery, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, Arthritis


Specific Skills: Consult with physicians to confirm assessment, Develop and implement treatment programs, Maintain clinical and progress reports


Additional Skills: Supervise technical and support staff, Hire and train staff, Administer budget


Security and Safety: Tuberculosis test, Criminal record check, Eligible for professional liability insurance
